Hi, there are no such information, such things can be done only by OS configs, but as many others CentrEd+ don't optimised for scalling UI so attempts to do it cause problems... Thats why in properties of application there is option that allows to disable widows scaling for UI of this application.

Never tested for myself, but I don't see any problems. All you need for connection is ither domain name or ip addres of server. If you don't have both of them and have dynamic IP, you can use some dynamic domain name service like noip.com. And if you whant to use it localy you don't need nothing at all, just run server and client on 1 pc, and connect to localserver or 127.0.0.1
